You upload documents, and add your products and services. The agent answers using that material — grounded in your real policies, prices, and FAQs rather than making things up.

Can I control what the public agent is allowed to say?

Yes. Public agents only use the documents and items you explicitly mark public, and are locked to safe, public-facing behavior. Private data never reaches an anonymous visitor.

Can the agent take actions, not just chat?

Yes. Depending on the tools you enable, an agent can list products and services, check availability, take bookings, capture leads, and more.
