Peachy Assist is an AI-powered communication and CRM automation platform created by Boltzmann Labs in Florida, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect customer and user data across email systems, messaging services, third-party integrations, and AI-processing features.

1. Information We Collect

Peachy Assist collects only the information necessary to provide communication tools, CRM functionality, AI automation, and platform services. This may include:

• User identity such as name, email address, username
• Authentication credentials (OAuth tokens for Google, Outlook, Meta, etc.)
• Emails, messages, attachments and metadata (accessed only after user permission)
• Documents uploaded by the user including PDFs, receipts, IDs, or other files
• Customer and lead information for CRM features
• Usage analytics to improve performance, stability, and product quality
• Website usage data when visiting peachyassist.com

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the sole purpose of providing and improving Peachy Assist. This includes:

• Unified inbox and multi-channel communication
• AI summarization, translation, routing, and auto-reply
• Automated workflows and scheduled daily/weekly jobs
• Document extraction, indexing, OCR, and CRM enrichment
• Secure storage of messages, records, and AI-generated content
• Platform diagnostics and improvement

Peachy Assist will never:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with unauthorized third parties
• Train external AI models on your private data
• Use your data outside of your explicit actions

3. Google OAuth and Gmail API Permissions

When connecting Gmail or Google Workspace accounts, Peachy Assist uses Google OAuth 2.0 with Google's Restricted Scope requirements.

We access Gmail data only to:

• Read emails for organization, monitoring, and AI assistance
• Extract information to the CRM
• Send replies when the user triggers an action

We do not:

• Store or access your Gmail password
• Read emails outside the connected inbox
• Share Gmail data with third parties
• Use Gmail data for advertising or marketing

Users may disconnect Gmail access at any time from within Peachy Assist or through their Google Account.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Permissions

If you connect Instagram or Facebook pages, Peachy Assist uses authorized Meta Graph API tokens to:

• Read messages, comments, mentions, and DMs for your connected pages
• Send replies on your behalf when instructed
• Sync customer messages to the CRM

We do not access:

• Personal Facebook accounts
• Private messages not associated with your business page
• Any user information you have not explicitly permitted

5. SMS / Mobile Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number to Peachy Assist — whether during signup at peachyassist.com, on a booking form, or verbally to our voice agent — you may receive transactional text messages from us. Content is limited to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, one-time passwords, delivery/order updates, and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message & data rates may apply, as charged by your carrier.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all further SMS from Peachy Assist.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@peachyassist.com.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information (phone numbers, opt-in status, or content of messages exchanged) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the transactional messages you have signed up for and to comply with U.S. carrier requirements.

6. Data Storage and Security

All Peachy Assist data is stored exclusively within United States cloud regions such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud using:

• Encryption at rest using AES 256
• Encryption in transit via HTTPS and TLS 1.2 or higher
• Access control and role segregation inside Boltzmann Labs
• Hashed and rotated authentication tokens
• Regular monitoring, backups, and incident response procedures

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website and widget may use cookies, analytics, and standard server logs to improve product reliability and usability. Cookies do not track personal content or email messages and are not used for advertising.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request at any time:

• A full export of your stored data
• Deletion of your account and data
• Removal of OAuth tokens and integrations
• Data correction or updates

9. Children's Privacy

Peachy Assist is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors. If we learn a minor has provided data, we delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to comply with legal requirements or introduce new product features. Updates will always be posted with a revised date.
