AI voice receptionist for contractors & trades

Both hands wet.
Phone in the van.

You cannot answer with your hands full — under a sink, up a ladder, halfway through a panel — and the person calling will not leave a message. They will call the next number on the list. An AI that picks up, gets the job and the address, and puts it in your day. From $69 a month — the first job it saves you has already paid for it.

Call it right here. It is a real agent.

Peachy Trades runs the actual product, not a recording. Describe a leak, give an address, and see what it does with a job that cannot wait until Tuesday.

A few details

What should Peachy help with?

Takes about a minute
A few sentences is plenty.

We normally come back within a few hours by email, in working hours. If you asked for a call, we call at the time you picked.

How it works

Live on your line in three steps.

No new phone system. You keep your number and your handset; we just stop letting it ring out.

Tell it about your business

Your hours, your area, your service-call rate, who to put people through to. We set it up with you on a short call — in plain English, not a config file.

Forward your number

Point your existing line at us — always, or only when nobody picks up within four rings. Your call, changeable any time.

Read what it did

Every call arrives as a transcript with what was booked, ordered, or passed on. Nothing happens off the record.

Questions

Trade questions

How does it know what is urgent?

You set the rules once — gas, water, live electrics escalate; a dripping faucet gets Thursday — and it applies them identically at three in the morning and at noon.

What happens to calls at night and at weekends?

It answers them, the same as it answers at ten on a Tuesday. That is usually the whole argument: the calls you lose are not the ones at eleven in the morning, they are the burst pipe at seven on a Saturday that called you, got voicemail, and called the next number instead. You decide what it does with them — take the details and put them on Monday's calendar, or call your phone straight away if it matches your emergency rules. It does not get tired and it does not cost more after six.

Does it work with ServiceTitan, Buildertrend or JobNimbus?

Not out of the box yet. Today a job taken on the phone lands on your Peachy calendar and comes to you by text and email the moment the call ends. Tell us what you run — connecting it is part of setup, and it is work we do, not an add-on you buy.

Will it quote work it should not?

It quotes your published service-call rates and nothing else. For everything else it says it needs to be looked at, which is what you would say.

Will my customers know it is not a person?

It says so. Every call opens by naming your business and saying it is an AI assistant — that is not optional and not something you can switch off, because in several states it is the law. What callers notice is that somebody picked up on the first ring at nine at night.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It says so plainly and hands over — to a person on your transfer list if somebody is available, or by taking a full message with a callback number if not. It is built to refuse rather than guess, which for this trade is the whole point.
