AI voice receptionist for tattoo studios

Machine running.
Phone ringing.

Nobody stops a line to answer a phone, and the person calling about a half-sleeve is worth more than a day's flash. An AI that answers, explains how deposits and consultations work, and books them in with the right artist.

For tattoo studios

Call our line. It is a real agent.

Peachy Ink runs the actual product, not a recording. Ask about a half-sleeve, then ask what the deposit is and whether it comes off the price.

Sign in to talk to it. The demo runs a real voice session, so we ask who you are first. It takes about twenty seconds and the account is free.

The things a studio actually needs

Matches artist to styleFine line, blackwork, color, cover-up — it knows who does what and books the consultation with the right one.
Explains the depositWhat it costs, that it comes off the price, and that it is lost on a no-show. The question that stops people booking.
Books consultations, not guessesIt never quotes a price for a piece over the phone. It books the sit-down where the piece is actually priced.
Holds the hard linesNo under-eighteens, ID on the day, no numbing advice. Stated the same way every time, by something that does not get tired.

Pricing

From $69 a month.
Cheaper the more it talks.

Four sizes of the same product — every plan has every feature. What changes is how much talking is included, and how many callers it can answer at the same time. Tap one to see what it covers, or move the slider and it picks the cheapest plan for you.

In every plan
✓Bookings, orders, transfers & messages
✓No phone menu, no hold music
✓Searchable transcript of every call
✓Speaks your callers’ language, and switches when they do
✓Keep the number you already have
✓No setup fee, no seats, no contract

Go over and we move you to the plan that fits — you never pay more than the next plan up costs. Past the largest plan, extra minutes are 50¢. Ringing is free, and a call too short to be a conversation is not billed. Text confirmations are 5¢ each, only when you send one. A new number is optional at $10 a month.

Inside the console

You get a console, not a black box.

Six screens is the whole of it — four to set your agent up, two you live in afterwards. Change something and it takes effect on the next call.

✓Keep the number you already give out.
✓We’ll tell you plainly what Peachy can handle.

A few details

What should Peachy help with?

Takes about a minute
A few sentences is plenty.

We normally come back within a few hours by email, in working hours. If you asked for a call, we call at the time you picked.

How it works

Live on your line in three steps.

No new phone system. You keep your number and your handset; we just stop letting it ring out.

Tell it about your business

Hours, address, your artists, your rates and your deposit rules, who to put people through to. We set it up with you on a short call — in plain English, not a config file.

Forward your number

Point your existing line at us — always, or only when nobody picks up within four rings. Your call, changeable any time.

Read what it did

Every call arrives as a transcript with what was booked, ordered, or passed on. Nothing happens off the record.

What it actually does

Not a phone tree. A conversation.

It listens, understands and acts — writing to your calendar and your order list while the caller is still talking.

Books the consultation

The sit-down where a custom piece actually gets sold — booked with the right artist, with what they want written down.

Explains how it works

Shop minimum, hourly rate, what the deposit does and whether it comes off the price — the questions that stop people booking when nobody answers.

Records the call, if you want

Switch it on per business and every call is kept alongside its transcript. Callers are told at the start — that is the law in Florida, California and a dozen other states, so we say it rather than leave it to you.

Answers the basics

Hours, shop minimum, whether you do walk-ins, whether you cover up, whether you tattoo under-18s. Every single call.

Follows the caller

Speaks your callers’ language, and switches when they do — English, Spanish, Turkish, and many more. No menu, no "press two".

Writes everything down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — who called, what they wanted, what it said back, what it booked. No "I think they said Tuesday". Keep the audio too, if you turn recording on.

Handover

It knows when it is out of its depth.

Most phone AI has one failure mode: it keeps talking. This one does not. An angry customer, a supplier, a regular who always speaks to the owner — it stops, says who it is fetching, and calls them. Two seconds, warm, with the reason attached.

You decide who is on the list and what reaches them. "Anything about a refund goes to Maria. Anything after nine goes to my cell."

And if nobody picks up, it takes a message properly — name, number, what they wanted — instead of dropping the call.

Start to finish

What happens when the phone rings.

Every call takes the same path. It ends one of two ways, and you can see which from the transcript afterwards.

A customer calls

Your usual number. They have no app to download and nothing to set up.

Peachy answers

On the first ring, in the caller's own language, knowing your hours, your prices and your artists, your rates and your deposit rules.

It handles it Books, answers, records — then writes it down.
Consultation bookedDeposit explainedMinimum givenArtist matched
Or it fetches you Complaint, supplier, a regular who always asks for you — it says who is coming and calls them, with the reason attached. Nobody there? It takes a proper message.

And either way, it is all written down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — the whole conversation, not a summary. The caller's number is captured whether or not they booked anything, along with whatever they gave you: their name, a callback number, what they were after, what they ordered. Over a few months that is a contact list of everyone who ever called you, which is not something a missed call leaves behind.

However people find you

Three ways to reach your agent. Use any, or all three.

They are not alternatives to each other — most businesses end up with two, and none of them replaces the others.

Keep your own number

The number already on your window, your cards and your Instagram. You forward it to us — always, or only when nobody picks up after a few rings. No extra cost

Take a new number

A fresh line of your own, in the area code you want, live the same day. Useful for a second location, a campaign you want to measure on its own, or simply keeping the old number for people you know.

No number at all

A call button on your website or in your app. Whoever presses it talks to the same agent through the browser — nothing dialled, no carrier, no call charge to either of you. Customers abroad and anyone without a local number get straight through.

Included

The button, on your own page

One line of code where you want it. The person pressing it needs nothing but the internet connection they are already using to read your site.

The demo further up this page is exactly that button. You have already used it.

Fitting in

It works with what you already run.

The agent does not keep its own private calendar. Each thing it can do — take a booking, place an order, look one up — points at a system, and which system is a setting rather than a rebuild.

Booking and calendar systemsSo something taken on the phone is in the same book you already work from, the moment the call ends.
Calendars and booking systemsConsultations land on the calendar the studio already keeps. We are integrating with the common studio systems now — tell us which one you use.
Your customer recordsIt can look up what a caller already has booked, and every call — with the caller’s number — lands where your team already looks.

Running something we have not connected yet? That is normal, and it is work we do — tell us what it is and we will say honestly whether it is an afternoon or a project.

Questions

Studio questions

Will it quote a price for a tattoo?

No, and no good studio would. It gives the shop minimum and the hourly rate, explains how the deposit works, and books the consultation where the piece is actually priced.

Can it match somebody to the right artist?

Yes. Fine line, blackwork, color, cover-up — it knows who does what and books the consultation with them rather than with whoever is free.

Does it work with Square Appointments or Booksy?

Not out of the box yet. Today a job taken on the phone lands on your Peachy calendar and comes to you by text and email the moment the call ends. Tell us what you run — connecting it is part of setup, and it is work we do, not an add-on you buy.

Will my customers know it is not a person?

It says so. Every call opens by naming your business and saying it is an AI assistant — that is not optional and not something you can switch off, because in several states it is the law. What callers notice is that somebody picked up on the first ring at nine at night.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It says so plainly and hands over — to a person on your transfer list if somebody is available, or by taking a full message with a callback number if not. It is built to refuse rather than guess, which for this trade is the whole point.
