AI voice receptionist for nail salons

Mid-set. Gloves on.
The phone rings.

You cannot stop halfway through a set to take a booking, and a nail client who gets voicemail books somewhere else within the minute. An AI that answers, knows what each service takes, and puts them in the right length of slot.

Peachy Nails
For nail salons

Call our line. It is a real agent.

Peachy Nails runs the actual product, not a recording. Book a full set for Saturday, then ask what the difference is between gel and acrylic.

The things a nail salon actually needs

Books with the technician they wantClients come back for a person. It books Mirela with Mirela and knows when she is off.
Full set versus infillNinety minutes for a full set, an hour for an infill, half an hour for a soak-off. Never the wrong length.
Quotes the extrasNail art per nail, gel removal, repairs — priced on the phone so nobody argues at the till.
Rebooks the four-week cycleInfills run on a rhythm. It offers the next one before they hang up, which is the whole retention problem solved.

Inside the console

You get a console, not a black box.

Six screens is the whole of it — four to set your agent up, two you live in afterwards. Change something and it takes effect on the next call.

your business.

Give us the basics and what you want Peachy to handle. We’ll come back with a clear answer on what we can set up for you — your hours, your service list and prices, your people on the transfer list.

No sales maze. You’ll hear from a real person.
Keep the number you already give out.
We’ll tell you plainly what Peachy can handle.

A few details

What should Peachy help with?

Takes about a minute
A few sentences is plenty.

We normally come back within a few hours by email, in working hours. If you asked for a call, we ring at the time you picked.

How it works

Live on your line in three steps.

No new phone system. You keep your number and your handset; we just stop letting it ring out.

Tell it about your business

Hours, address, your service list and prices, who to put people through to. Ten minutes of setup, in plain English, not a config file.

Forward your number

Point your existing line at us — always, or only when nobody picks up within four rings. Your call, changeable any time.

Read what it did

Every call arrives as a transcript with what was booked, ordered, or passed on. Nothing happens off the record.

What it actually does

Not a phone tree. A conversation.

It listens, understands and acts — writing to your diary and your order list while the caller is still talking.

Books the appointment

Full set, infill, soak-off and redo — each in the time it actually takes, with the technician they asked for.

Explains the service

What gel is against acrylic, how long a fill lasts, what a soak-off costs — answered properly instead of guessed at by whoever is nearest the phone.

Records the call, if you want

Switch it on per business and every call is kept alongside its transcript. Callers are told at the start — that is the law in Florida, California and a dozen other states, so we say it rather than leave it to you.

Answers the basics

Hours, prices, how long each service takes, whether you take walk-ins, whether there's parking. Asked twenty times a day.

Follows the caller

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese — nine regional voices between them. It switches the moment they do. No menu, no "press two for Spanish".

Writes everything down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — who rang, what they wanted, what it said back, what it booked. No "I think they said Tuesday". Keep the audio too, if you turn recording on.

Handover

It knows when it is out of its depth.

Most phone AI has one failure mode: it keeps talking. This one does not. An angry customer, a supplier, a regular who always speaks to the owner — it stops, says who it is fetching, and rings them. Two seconds, warm, with the reason attached.

You decide who is on the list and what reaches them. "Anything about a refund goes to Maria. Anything after nine goes to my mobile."

And if nobody picks up, it takes a message properly — name, number, what they wanted — instead of dropping the call.

Of course — putting you through to Maria now.

Start to finish

What happens when the phone rings.

Every call takes the same path. It ends one of two ways, and you can see which from the transcript afterwards.

A customer rings

Your usual number. They have no app to download and nothing to set up.

Peachy answers

On the first ring, in the caller's own language, knowing your hours, your prices and your service list and prices.

It handles it Books, answers, records — then writes it down.
Appointment bookedService explainedPrice givenBooking moved
Or it fetches you Complaint, supplier, a regular who always asks for you — it says who is coming and rings them, with the reason attached. Nobody there? It takes a proper message.

And either way, it is all written down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — the whole conversation, not a summary. The caller's number is captured whether or not they booked anything, along with whatever they gave you: their name, a callback number, what they were after, what they ordered. Over a few months that is a contact list of everyone who ever rang you, which is not something a missed call leaves behind.

However people find you

Three ways to reach your agent. Use any, or all three.

They are not alternatives to each other — most businesses end up with two, and none of them replaces the others.

Keep your own number

The number already on your window, your cards and your listings. You forward it to us — always, or only when nobody picks up after a few rings. No extra cost

Take a new number

A fresh line of your own, in the area code you want, live the same day. Useful for a second location, a campaign you want to measure on its own, or simply keeping the old number for people you know.

No number at all

A call button on your website or in your app. Whoever presses it talks to the same agent through the browser — nothing dialled, no carrier, no call charge to either of you. Customers abroad and anyone without a local number get straight through.

Included

The button, on your own page

One line of code where you want it. The person pressing it needs nothing but the internet connection they are already using to read your site.

The demo further up this page is exactly that button. You have already used it.

Fitting in

It works with what you already run.

The agent does not keep its own private diary. Each thing it can do — take a booking, place an order, look one up — points at a system, and which system is a setting rather than a rebuild.

Booking and diary systemsSo something taken on the phone is in the same book you already work from, the moment the call ends.
Diaries and booking systemsAppointments land in the diary the salon already keeps. We are integrating with the common salon systems now — tell us which one you use.
Your customer recordsCallers are recognised next time, and what they wanted goes where your team already looks.

Running something we have not connected yet? That is normal, and it is work we do — tell us what it is and we will say honestly whether it is an afternoon or a project.

Questions

Nail salon questions

Can clients book with a specific technician?

Yes, and it knows when she is off. Nail clients follow a person — booking them with whoever is free is how you lose the client, not just the appointment.

Does it know a full set takes longer than an infill?

Ninety minutes for a full set, an hour for an infill, half an hour for a soak-off. Booked at real lengths, so the table is not sold twice at two o'clock.

Does it work with Fresha, Vagaro or Booksy?

Those, plus GlossGenius, Square Appointments, Mindbody and Schedulicity. Appointments land in the diary the salon already keeps.

Will it advise on a nail problem or a reaction?

Never. Anything about a lifting nail, an infection or a reaction goes to a technician — it takes the detail and hands the call over.

Will my customers know it is not a person?

It says so. Every call opens by naming your business and saying it is an AI assistant — that is not optional and not something you can switch off, because in several states it is the law. What callers notice is that somebody picked up on the first ring at nine at night.
