AI voice receptionist for gyms and studios

They rang at ten
to ask about joining.

People decide to join a gym at exactly the hour the desk is unstaffed — late at night, on the second of January. An AI that answers then, explains what membership costs, and books the trial while they still mean it.

Call our line. It is a real agent.

Peachy Strength runs the actual product, not a recording. Ask what membership costs, then book yourself a trial for Saturday.

The things a gym actually needs

Books the trial while they are keenSomebody decides to join at ten at night. The trial is booked before that feeling passes.
Explains the tiers honestlyOff-peak, full, annual, joining fee, notice period. The questions that decide it, answered at any hour.
Books classes and PTSpin on Tuesday, a session with a trainer on Thursday — without the desk being staffed.
Cancellations go to a humanLeaving, freezing, billing — never handled by an agent. Those conversations belong to somebody who can keep them.

Inside the console

You get a console, not a black box.

Six screens is the whole of it — four to set your agent up, two you live in afterwards. Change something and it takes effect on the next call.

Tell us about
your business.

Give us the basics and what you want Peachy to handle. We’ll come back with a clear answer on what we can set up for you — your hours, your membership tiers and class timetable, your people on the transfer list.

No sales maze. You’ll hear from a real person.
Keep the number you already give out.
We’ll tell you plainly what Peachy can handle.

A few details

What should Peachy help with?

Takes about a minute
A few sentences is plenty.

We normally come back within a few hours by email, in working hours. If you asked for a call, we ring at the time you picked.

How it works

Live on your line in three steps.

No new phone system. You keep your number and your handset; we just stop letting it ring out.

Tell it about your business

Hours, address, your membership tiers and class timetable, who to put people through to. Ten minutes of setup, in plain English, not a config file.

Forward your number

Point your existing line at us — always, or only when nobody picks up within four rings. Your call, changeable any time.

Read what it did

Every call arrives as a transcript with what was booked, ordered, or passed on. Nothing happens off the record.

What it actually does

Not a phone tree. A conversation.

It listens, understands and acts — writing to your diary and your order list while the caller is still talking.

Books the trial

The free session that turns a phone enquiry into a member — booked while they are still on the call and still keen.

Explains membership

What each tier costs, what the joining fee is, whether it's rolling or twelve months, what freezing costs — the questions that decide it.

Records the call, if you want

Switch it on per business and every call is kept alongside its transcript. Callers are told at the start — that is the law in Florida, California and a dozen other states, so we say it rather than leave it to you.

Answers the basics

Opening hours, whether it's staffed, class timetable, parking, whether there's a pool. The desk answers them all day.

Follows the caller

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese — nine regional voices between them. It switches the moment they do. No menu, no "press two for Spanish".

Writes everything down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — who rang, what they wanted, what it said back, what it booked. No "I think they said Tuesday". Keep the audio too, if you turn recording on.

Handover

It knows when it is out of its depth.

Most phone AI has one failure mode: it keeps talking. This one does not. An angry customer, a supplier, a regular who always speaks to the owner — it stops, says who it is fetching, and rings them. Two seconds, warm, with the reason attached.

You decide who is on the list and what reaches them. "Anything about a refund goes to Maria. Anything after nine goes to my mobile."

And if nobody picks up, it takes a message properly — name, number, what they wanted — instead of dropping the call.

Of course — putting you through to Maria now.

Start to finish

What happens when the phone rings.

Every call takes the same path. It ends one of two ways, and you can see which from the transcript afterwards.

A customer rings

Your usual number. They have no app to download and nothing to set up.

Peachy answers

On the first ring, in the caller's own language, knowing your hours, your prices and your membership tiers and class timetable.

It handles it Books, answers, records — then writes it down.
Trial bookedMembership explainedClass bookedInduction set
Or it fetches you Complaint, supplier, a regular who always asks for you — it says who is coming and rings them, with the reason attached. Nobody there? It takes a proper message.

And either way, it is all written down

Every call becomes a searchable transcript — the whole conversation, not a summary. The caller's number is captured whether or not they booked anything, along with whatever they gave you: their name, a callback number, what they were after, what they ordered. Over a few months that is a contact list of everyone who ever rang you, which is not something a missed call leaves behind.

However people find you

Three ways to reach your agent. Use any, or all three.

They are not alternatives to each other — most businesses end up with two, and none of them replaces the others.

Keep your own number

The number already on your signage, your app and your listings. You forward it to us — always, or only when nobody picks up after a few rings. No extra cost

Take a new number

A fresh line of your own, in the area code you want, live the same day. Useful for a second location, a campaign you want to measure on its own, or simply keeping the old number for people you know.

No number at all

A call button on your website or in your app. Whoever presses it talks to the same agent through the browser — nothing dialled, no carrier, no call charge to either of you. Customers abroad and anyone without a local number get straight through.

Included

The button, on your own page

One line of code where you want it. The person pressing it needs nothing but the internet connection they are already using to read your site.

The demo further up this page is exactly that button. You have already used it.

Fitting in

It works with what you already run.

The agent does not keep its own private diary. Each thing it can do — take a booking, place an order, look one up — points at a system, and which system is a setting rather than a rebuild.

Booking and diary systemsSo something taken on the phone is in the same book you already work from, the moment the call ends.
Membership and class systemsTrials and class bookings land where the desk already works. We are integrating with the common gym systems now — tell us which one you use.
Your customer recordsCallers are recognised next time, and what they wanted goes where your team already looks.
Set up for you

Calls that go out, not just come in

A call to the members who have not been in for a month, and a reminder before a trial they booked and might forget.

This one is not a switch in the product — we set it up with you: which list, what it says, which hours it may ring, and who it must never call. Tell us what you want it to do and we will tell you honestly what it takes.

Running something we have not connected yet? That is normal, and it is work we do — tell us what it is and we will say honestly whether it is an afternoon or a project.

Questions

Gym questions

Can it sell a membership?

It explains the tiers, the joining fee and the notice period, and books the trial — which is what actually converts. The signing itself stays with your team.

Does it work with Mindbody or Glofox?

Those, plus Zen Planner, PushPress, Wodify, ABC Fitness, TeamUp, Virtuagym and Clubworx. Trials and classes land where the desk already works.

What about somebody ringing to cancel?

Straight to a person. Cancellations, freezes and anything about billing are conversations worth having properly, and an agent handling them badly costs more than the call.

Will my customers know it is not a person?

It says so. Every call opens by naming your business and saying it is an AI assistant — that is not optional and not something you can switch off, because in several states it is the law. What callers notice is that somebody picked up on the first ring at nine at night.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It says so plainly and hands over — to a person on your transfer list if somebody is available, or by taking a full message with a callback number if not. It is built to refuse rather than guess, which for this trade is the whole point.
